The Corona virus is definately one of the most extraordinary situation the most of us ever experienced. Despite the medical aspects we all witness the economical and social impact of the lock-down in Germany and the most other European countries.
The whole automotive industry is one of the industries which is affected very hard due to the shut-down from the most major vehicle manufacturers.
But how does it looks in the Aftermarket Industry?
What is the impact among the garages, the basis of the Aftermarket. And how does Covid-19 change the car drivers behaviour regarding car maintenance and repair works?
We therefore conducted a research among car drivers in Germany.
Further we agreed on a cooperation with WESP to get real insights in almost real-time to see how the performance of garages is developing during the times of Corona.
